Prize draw is open to everyone who acquires a qualifying product or service with Public Trust between 1 February 2012 and 5pm 30 June 2012 inclusive. Qualifying products and services include all of Public Trust's products and services that have not been acquired for business purposes, subject to the following limitations and exclusions:
- to qualify, a will must be a person's first will with Public Trust (subsequent wills do not qualify)
- work done in relation to a trust after establishment does not qualify
- work done under a Personal Assist appointment after establishment does not qualify
- work done under an Enduring Power of Attorney in relation to Property after establishment does not qualify
- tax services provided after the establishment of a tax agency arrangement with Public Trust do not qualify
- services provided by Public Trust in its capacity as a court appointed property manager under the Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act 1988 do not qualify
- products and services provided in the course of estate administration, including those provided to estate beneficiaries (in their capacity as estate beneficiaries) do not qualify
Products and services acquired for business purposes include Public Trust's Fee Protect and those offered and provided by Public Trust Corporate Trustee Services.
Certain qualifying products and services are limited to those customers for whom Public Trust is acting or named as an executor, attorney, trustee or agent or has provided another relevant product or service. Please contact Public Trust for further information regarding these limitations.
Any applicable fees for the qualifying product or service must have been paid in full, unless the product is the establishment of a family trust in which case the deposit must have been paid in full.
If a product or service is acquired by two or more people (e.g. conveyancing) the entry into the prize draw will be for the first person listed on the product/service application form only (as opposed to one entry per person).
There are no limits on the number of entries - entry is one per product and/or service purchased, provided that these terms and conditions are satisfied.
The prize draw will take place on 9 July 2012.
The winner will be notified by phone or email shortly thereafter. Public Trust will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner, but if the winner is unable to be contacted within 30 calendar days, the prize will be redrawn.
Public Trust's decision as to who is the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prize must be taken as offered, is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Entry into the prize draw implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Public Trust is not responsible for the winner's Prezzy Card after it has been collected by the winner. Prezzy Cards have an expiry date which is printed on teh front of the card and are valid for a minimum of 12 months. Any unused funds on the card on the date that the card expires becomes the property of New Zealand Post.
By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that their name and photos may be used for publicity purposes.
Prize will be arranged by Public Trust or its agents.
Public Trust employees and contractors and their immediate families are ineligible for the prize draw.
