How does it work?

You need to prepare your Will, leaving your assets to the trust you set up.

You will need to set up a separate trust for each beneficiary and to set out your intentions, in a letter of wishes, on how you want the trust administered.

You appoint trustees - this could be Public Trust and the beneficiary, or just Public Trust if the beneficiary is a minor.

The trustee's role is to make sure the assets are used in the way you want by the people you wish to enjoy them.

Your assets are transferred to the trust only when you pass away.
